Frequently Asked Questions 

Q. What is your minimum quantity and/or maximum?

 - There is no limit or maximum to the amount of a projects.  Pricing is reflected on a per basis order - Our staff will take the time to explain the best process for your Custom "Branded" Items. 

Q. Preferred format you’d like to have me send my logo?

 - Pdfs, png, photoshop files, illustrator, Corel and eps are all acceptable formats.  Just because you can save a file in the afore mentioned formats does not guarantee the image will be of print quality.  Our IN-House graphics department will review all files and suggest options if required. 

Q. What happens after I place my order?

 - After an order is submitted, an invoice is sent for payment, there will be options for on-line or in person payments.  All orders require a deposit or full payment at the time of order to move into production.  Our typical turnaround time is 4-5 business days on Digital/Hybrid orders and 6-10 days for traditional printed services.  These times are based after the design is approved.  PLAN accordingly if you have a due date in mind.  Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order, and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of BAREFOOT SPORTSWEAR’S control (i.e., weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

Q. Mixing shirt color, sizes, or ink colors?

- Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors and art are the same (for instance, you can't print a full-size front on a youth small). If we need to change ink color, additional fees may apply.

Q. Missing shirts, what happened?

 - Due to the nature of screen printing, shirts can be damaged during production. All orders should consider for a 3% under run or error rate. We are not responsible for this shortage though you will not be charged for missing shirts. Please keep this in mind when planning your project and always try to order extra.

Q. What Colors Can You Print?

 - Each service has their own color charts.  We offer Stock and custom colors in most cases - Screen Printing can be from our stock in-house colors or custom PMS colors can be mixed per order at an additional charge.  Embroidery there are hundreds of stock colors that will fit just about any order. Sublimation and Hybrid orders colors will be determined as the design is being created.  These services have some of the best accuracy across a vast spectrum of colors per design in Full Color Printing.

Q. Can I return Custom Made Items?

 - Unfortunatly Custom made Apparel and items are Made-To-Order and can not be returned.  Once you have approved a proof the printed items are yours.  If our production department makes an error, we will correct the error at no additional charge.
